What’s new in the IsaNet Back Office this week?

Placement Tree
In the Placement Tree Summary, the information viewed for Associates and Preferred Customers now displays correctly.

Orders
During the order entry process, qualifying orders now display correctly based on calculation of Qualifying Volume (QV).

Autoship
If your credit card declines, Autoship will now attempt another charge the next day (not 30 days afterward).

Canada
Canadian Associates no longer have to enter a SIN at time of sign-up.
